HOW IT WORKS

Assessment of existing skills

We start with an analysis of the skills already acquired, to understand the current level and establish a starting point. Technical skills, use of tools, time management and knowledge of safety regulations are examined.

Definition of the standards to be achieved

Based on the initial assessment, training objectives are defined, which include technical and management skills to be developed. The standards to be achieved are personalized for each professional, adapting to the type of salon and its organization.

Tailor-made training path

Through practical workshops and training activities, the professional works to acquire the missing skills. The training path includes not only technical skills, but also managerial and relational skills, essential for optimal management.

Field evaluation

A fundamental part of the JobEducation accreditation is the practical assessment, which takes place directly during the performance of normal activities in the salon. This minimizes the impact on daily work and allows the professional to be assessed in real situations, measuring his ability to apply the skills acquired.

Final accreditation

After the practical assessment, the candidate is subjected to direct and indirect tests, which include operational observations, oral questions, answers to written questions and presentations of photographic or video evidence of the services performed. Once all the steps have been passed, the hairdresser or barber obtains the JobEducation accreditation, a quality seal that guarantees the high level of competence achieved.
